There was a temple few hundred meters away, and an anglican church right next to the cemetery.
In the river we bathed naked and our roof leaked non stop every rainy day.
My parents were farmers, all out to share. We worked in the fields and chased behind cattle barefooted and squire.
i always dreamt of going to America. To study film at the New York film academy, to dine with Robin Williams, to go to a sex shop and to ride in a tram to Castro. i tried zillion times but failed. Frustrated to the very atom i finally left for India. India changed everything. My outlook to life, my very solitary American dream and above all my very soul. i was a musician got fed up and took to advertising. One night i thought advertising creates a geed based society and i quit my highly paid creative director job the next day. Volunteered for two years working with children and youth. But then i got fed-up again listening to stories of marginalized and oppressed. i quit again, but this time with a camera in my hand. Finally i am making films. i am living my dream. One day i will meet Robin Williams and screen a film at Castro Cinema.
